Never Have Great Ambitions Without This…

If you’re going to achieve great goals, tap into your potential, and make a difference in the world, you can’t fear the demands of the journey. In fact, you can’t be addicted to “the easy way” and accomplish great goals. The road to remarkable achievements isn’t easy; it demands commitment and sacrifice.

No one climbs the steep mountain without exerting their utmost efforts. Your level of commitment determines whether or not you make it to the top.

To materialize your vision and realize your dreams, you must pay the price (and it’s a hefty one). It’s not going to happen just because you desire it or wrote on your lovely journal; you must roll up your sleeve and get to work. You don’t get the dream without putting in the sweat equity.

Before you even begin your journey, you should count the cost and ensure that you’re ready to pay it. Otherwise, you’ll start the journey and get discouraged when the going gets tough—and it always gets tough at one point.

However, even though the climb is excruciating, you can still reach the mountaintop. Therefore, your efforts aren’t in vain; they yield their results.

Too many people set greater goals than the efforts they’re prepared to put in. They have big ambitions but little commitments. And because of their lack of commitment, they fail to fulfill those ambitions.

Here’s my message. Without a good dose of commitment, you won’t make the difference you seek to make in the world. Commitment is essential if you aspire to complete your journey successfully. At times, you want to give up, but your commitment drives you forward; you don’t have all the resources you need, but your commitment stimulates your resourcefulness; you face tough challenges, but your commitment empowers you to overcome them.

Always make sure your commitment matches your ambitions. Never have lofty ambitions without total commitment.
